A Driving Rain Poem by Ray Hansell

A Driving Rain

Rating: 5.0

Standing in the pouring rain
You and I alone
Not wanting to leave each other
Neither wanting to go home

It seems our new found love
Has drawn us together
Standing here holding each other
In the worse kind of weather

Not wanting to let go
But knowing that we must
In our hearts we both know
We have built a special trust

So, as I bid you good night
You also do the same
So now we'll both go to our homes
Walking in a driving rain

We know that come tomorrow
The sun will shine again
But it doesn't really matter
Rain or shine, love will stay yours and mine

Rain drops are falling like the drops of love rain. This is definitely very interesting and beauty of life is gained with glorious activity. Definitely tomorrow sun will shine again. This poem is brilliantly penned. An interesting sharing is done here...10
