A Day To Be Seized

When The Leaves Curl Away From The Sun
They Are Done

When Everyday Noise Gets Lost In Your Head
Go Back To Bed And Dream Instead

When The Blood Pumps Hard, Pounding Your Ear
The Fear Is Here

When You Long For The Night And The Moon
You Will Be Home Soon

Even The Sun Has Enemies, Hidden Among The Trees
But The Day Is Here To Be Seized

Poem of the Day

poet Sir Walter Scott

The moon's on the lake, and the mist's on the brae,
And the Clan has a name that is nameless by day;
Then gather, gather, gather Grigalach!
Gather, gather, gather Grigalach!
