A Butterfly Poem by Igor Wolfson

A Butterfly

Rating: 5.0

She doesn't know about truth -
She never heard of lies
She is a butterfly
Her wings are fireproof

But in the night she cries
And flies out to the roof
To all the butterflies
To say she doesn't see a sooth

And then prepares to die
Wont wake up the next day
For all the butterflies
Who yet haven't passed away

Forever you may say she cried
But she lived only for one day
One day of life, one day to die
One day can bring a change, don't waste your time, go live and play.
