A Bread For Two Years Poem by G. Akanji Olaniyi

A Bread For Two Years

Rating: 5.0

The Crumbs remained

As the loaf sustained

For another year

I ate it from last year

Bought it in the evening

Ate a little for dining

Time ticked for a roll over

i slept off and over

Now it is first day of another year

The bread spent another day of a new year
