There's a light up ahead,
As small as a flame.
I know not from whence it came.

There's a light up ahead,
Dim as the break of day.
I'll follow along this narrow pathway.

There's a light up ahead,
As bright as a star.
It's getting closer but yet still afar.

There's a light up ahead,
As round as the moon.
I'm excited and feel I will arrive so soon.

There's a light up ahead,
As hot as the sun.
And now a fierce wind has just begun.

There's a light up ahead.
It's too late to turn back,
When I discover my pathway is a train track.
