.3. Scallywags Alley



Down cobbled alleyways
Scallywags playing
Among battered dustbins
Where cats had been straying

Mist from the morning
Wets rubbish now scattered
Removed by the cats
From the bins very battered

It’s always the same
Down the old cobbled alleys
A restaurant for cats
And a playground for scally’s
