1,000 Years In My Loneliness Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

1,000 Years In My Loneliness

Rating: 5.0

This world,
With my mind;
Birth,
Growing up!
Along the line,
With incidents and accidents;
Waking up again after every fall!
But, life at times tme is like,
1,000 years in my loneliness.
Success,
The success of life!
Always hidden from me;
Why?
I still don't know;
Falling down and waking up!
Always with a dream of making it one day,
With the hope of my heart.

Growing up with incidents and accidents, falling and waking, dreams and hopes seems quite exciting but there must be a way to break this ice of loneliness. Thanks for the poem which provides so much material to think about.
