Backbiting.

Those who unknowingly,
Rally around the ones who have lied...
And found themselves supporters of a deceit,
Are equally as quilty...

It becomes a pointless,
And forgettable activity...
When a conscious mind,
Bemoans an obvious blockade,
...

I thank you for that depiction,
And description given to others...
Of the origin and depth of my pain.
And even though you believe,

Removing the grease paint,
From the face of any clown...
And a circus is not what first comes to mind.
Although,

Fed with beliefs,
To receive...
One has to learn,
To let something go!
...

I've learned this,
About wanting to achieve happiness...
And having it stay in one's life.
There is always someone believing,
...

Whispering homophobics,
Fearing their own abnormalities...
Will be perceived.
Tell their tales to unfold,
...

You think...
Just because you've got a job,
You can mope around your home...
As if you were paid to be a slob?
...

When someone spineless,
Hides behind a false identity...
With a smearing of character believed achieved,
They do themselves the harm.
