    Ealing Autumn Festival Poetry Competition 2014

    Adjudicator: George Szirtes. Winners will be announced at the Festival event on October 21st 7.30pm at Drayton Court Hotel,2 The Avenue, Ealing, London W13 8PH. Winners will be invited to read their poems. Winning poems will be published on the Festival website.
    Category 1: adults (19 years and over)
    First Prize £200, Second Prize £100, Third Prize £50. Entry fee: £5 for one poem, £2 for additional poems
    (max 4) Category 2: 18 years & under First Prize £85, Second Prize £45, Third Prize £20. First poem free, £2 for additional poems (max 4)

    Guggenheim Fellowships of approx- imately $50,000 each are awarded annually to poets, fiction writers, and creative nonfiction writers on the basis of achievement and exceptional promise. Residents of the United States and Canada are eligible. Using the online submission system, submit a career summary, a list of publications, contact information for up to four references, and a statement of intent by September 19.
