One of my favorite Seamus Heaney poems is 'Mid-term Break.' It's listed as #60 on the Top 500 poems. Check it out.

    Hi everyone:

I have spent considerable time over the last few days reading and trying to understand the battles and the flourishing animosity on this site.

    It is not possible.

But before I turn my back on all of you permit me to list some names that are deserving mention.

Mark Fry, Paul England, Sherrie Gonzales Kolb, Poetry-Hound.
There are others and I do not know whether any of these names are real.
Judging by the behaviour of these people however, it must be said that none of you could be considered assets to poemhunter
in any way. You are a disgrace and should be thrown out.
In fact, any other website with even a modicum of decency or a sense of responsibility would have done so some time ago.

It is obvious that none of you possess much talents as poets but all of you are full of envy and hatred. And you are all cowards.

Visiting this site was not the pleasant experience it could and should have been.

I say again Shame, Shame, Shame.

    Janine M.
