Think I'll look up the top thirty of the so-called top poets and post " You show great skill and promise" on their most recent poem. See how many reply.

So now we can look forward to a myriad of forum posts from the front-page carpet bombers of old, marketing and self-promoting their statistical rankings. When will PH start promoting quality, rather than quantity?Never, as that does not bring in the revenue of the advertisers.

    If you can
    stand on sharp edge
    a blade awaits
your foot-tips to stand you alone

    another wonderful world
    sure will show you
    claps greeting your efficiency..

    Savory Deal(revised)

Contact the broker of special deals
and ask her to procure a savory one
for me. See if there may be an advantage
were I to acquire two, instead of one.
Make sure she knows all the lurid details
like my age, as I am seventy and some.
I want to feel secure that this deal,
once sealed, will not be hindered by anything,
or anyone. I will tell you once again,
I want no limits on what I can
and cannot do, but I have no preference
if the hair is straight or curled. Don't you see?
We live live in a mad, mad world.

Go forth and pay the asked for sum,
as I can no longer, control this want.
We must schedule the imam, an annoying
cost, just to veil the deed with sacred rites.
Ensure that what I am paying for
is not older than twelve. The eyes must be
blue or green and the skin as fair as
what has rarely seen the sun. I will
provide for her needs once she is in my
hands. Most importantly, she must be
pure and by no other man eyed or held.
No pity in this world for any child,
    soon to be felled.

Hard to believe but it's reality. At least children could bring more money by selling than female body. Not particularly any country-picture, it's globally happening everywhere where is disturbance ... more

Interesting fellow this Nietzsche. Also love the word, Fie. Should be used more these days.

    The Word (1882)

I am well-acquainted with the lively word:
    It bounds forth so cheerful,
Greets one with a courteous bow,
    Lovely even in its clumsiness,
    Full of vigor, snorting heartily,
Then crawls even into the ears of doves,
    Twirls and flutters now,
And what it does—the word delights.
But the word remains a delicate creature,
At once sick and yet soon recovered.
If you want to save its tiny life,
You have to hold it gently and delicately,
Not clench and touch it roughly,
Yet often it dies from cross looks —
And then there it lies, so misshapen,
So soulless, so poor and cold,
    Its tiny corpse transformed terribly,
    Maltreated by death and dying.
    A dead word—an ugly thing,
    A bone-dry rattle.
Fie to all those ugly trades,
That put big and tiny words to death!

Let me write, let me love, let me live.
In living let me get the joy
    that is in poems.

Thanks to our great poet for these pretty lines of poetry. These lines are great in meaning, simple, and wonderful. I loved them.
