Peniamina, dwelling in the land of dreams Keep still thine eyes And let mine observe without notice. Such slumbering magnificence The prince of Dreamland has been welcomed Safe from nightmares and the admirer's glare. My stare is not cold For it is hot with passion Looking longingly at such perfection. What a glorious distraction My hand cannot be chaste It yearns to touch in haste. By his calm face my heart unravels My daring and nervous hand travels So peaceful is the frazzled Darling. O how I hate to disturb thee But my heart trembles and confesses through my hand. The surface of his face Has come to know my loving trace O how my nerves race! My spirit is moved And I rejoice With a soft gasp. The dreamer twists And I am frightened. Only a soft moan And then he is still. With a relieving sigh and provoked smile My hand returns to him. Deep sleeper is he As I handle his loins I forever cherish. I feel a wetness and suckle the obtained from my finger What a blessing it is to taste Peniamina's issue, Savoring it with a lustful tongue And giving it to my starving soul. I look to his window, And the light of the moon Guides me to his face again And greed consumes me. I covet For he has himself And I cannot take him I cannot wake him. O I yearn for his hand That lies still upon the mattress So inviting and beautiful it is I cannot help but caress it with A lonely finger. His hand twitches And tis time that I part From the richness before I weep And become a thief in this night. Tis hard to depart from he Who lingers in my heart. Mine lips embrace the flesh of his forehead And a tear mingles between them. 'Goodnight, my sweet, I shall return to the loneliness of the sidewalk. I shall glance back at your window and wish I was upon your bed so warm and safe as you lay upon it. The moonlight is not ours tonight and our shadows will not cry out as others do during those powerful moments of love-making. Our shadows will not be soul-mates in these hours, but O how I yearn that they were. You will be in my dreams tonight and so I depart with a kiss and sorrowful tear.' Melissa Hurst
