You were never really there for me, living in a dream world as days traveled beyond this poetical heart and mind.

Fox trotting around the room, couples dancing to energetic
music, enlivened by all the patterns and designs of rhythm,
keeping up interiorly with ones they love.

Is life a reality of make-believe, can we truly attain the
dreams we dream or the reality of love?

Praying for someone to love and care for one with the same

Eyes closed, mind deep in a state of sleepy dreams, finding
solutions from daytime exercises and experiences, playing
in measures of tomorrow where no one else can join in.
...

Galloping through the desert while listening to country-
western music, never tiring of its rhythms as they beat
in unison with this heart, worn and tired from the heart-
break it has been through.
...

Fragrant leaves burning upward in white smoke,
holding hands with prayer flags, watching for
some signs.
...

Results of life-long endeavors, hanging on edges of make-believe,
wondering where life will twist and turn, what end result will be
brought about by fate.
