I got the honor of hearing your poetry by your vocal only once in my life and it was among the best memories I had!

On behalf of all fellow poets, PH family and our Mahakul family we offer a title of honour to poet Ramesh Rai born on 13.December.1955 in Howrah, West Bengal, India as, Devotional Grace (भक्ति कृपा) (ভক্তি করুণা) . From today onward he will be known as Devotional Grace Ramesh Rai. In Hindi he will be known as भक्ति कृपा रमेश राय. In Bangla he will be known as ভক্তি করুণা রমেশ রায়. This title of honour is offered to him due his literary perseverance and contribution.

The words i intend to write here are the sum of my little knowledge about poetry that my spirit assimilated by reading books, studying and teaching poetry, and there is no better place than this page of Mr.Ramesh Rai, a respected and gifted poet of the community of poetry-siblings. Poetry is central to existence, something having a great significance to the fully realised life. The reason of writing all this is a marvellous poem on this page, which is as hidden from the eyes of the readers as a wild flower in all its beauty stays ignored but keeps its beauty intact, unrivalled...the poem is FLAME...After reading this poem, i recall a definition by some writer, Poetry is a kind of language that says more and says it more intensively than does ordinary language.To understand this fully, we need to understand what it says... The way Ramesh ji has explored and shared different sources of flame, of wisdom, hatred, agony and delusion, violence and hypocrisy, is just splendid...this is the essence of his poetry here..to quote a few lines from the poem: What flame do you like to lit choose it it must not be obstacle in our path the wheel of the nature must not stop it brings peace and prosperity in our daily life our coming generation must not have to bow their head they must not have to see the sufferings of their fellowmen where there is smile on each face We must ensure. Having... Flame...and many other nice poems on his credit, Ramesh ji has a distinct presence in the web world, making and shaping his aesthetic observation into poems of different themes, length and nature, but all concerning life, bonding and all feelings pertaining to life.
