when you think of a poem coming to life you think of her and the talent of taking you on that path to worlds unknown and feelings that are known by all people. she is like the wind pushing at your back making you move forward to unchartered islands and nectars never tasted before.

Practicing Poetess 's poems are like her pen name.Imaginative! If she used a pen to write her poems, there wouldn't be any ink but honey!

Hi, this is Colette. Thanks for commenting on my poem. I do hope you get a chance to read some of my other poems and at the end it tells a brief summary of what inspired me to write the poem. I did notice if you read poems off your cell phone, it doesn't let you see the summary, but on a computer or laptop you can. I read a few of your poems and I am truly inspired by your work. I liked Voices and Choices and Walking and the few other ones I read. You are a great poet, keep up the good work!

11th March 2018 was my one-year anniversary on Poem Hunter (I joined the site, and created my account then.) It's been quite a journey!

I think that this poet is breaking new ground all the time with her poems of romance and a vivid appreciation of nature-'Newly Fallen Rain'. Her imagery is usually original 'like diamonds in the sun'. The images alternate with everyday expressions 'I'll have to get the mop! '

In reading the work of Practicing Poetess, it is quite evident that her practicing is paying off in spades. Employing short, crisp, fluxive lines, she presents a poetic canvass of imagery that not only brings her audience to the work, but takes them into and within the work, which is the mark of a good Poet. Her craftsmanship carries fluid structural movement, which affords her audience an eye-pleasing read. She is a polished scribe & a must read. Frank James Ryan, Jr. / IPM-USA/U.K.

She has definitely a lovable and philosophical mind which I have observed several times from her interesting poems. Her brilliance and skills of poetry are of high standard. She keenly observes everything. Practicing poetess is also a very good reviewer of poems of other poets. She writes everything deeply from her heart and inner core of mind. (Part-2)

Among her poems, “ Voices and choices, ’ Until your final breath, ’ You make me beautiful, ’ ‘Moving on, ’ ‘Unfinished Symphonies, ’ ‘You thought of me, ’ ‘Breathtaking Autumn, ’ ‘Diamond ring, ’ ‘Love me with your eyes, ’ ‘Newly fallen rain’ and ‘The sound of peace’ are really notable milestones and worthy poems. These give different identity to her as a fearless poetess of the time. (Part-3)

Giving ageless reflection through poetry she is writing from her early childhood days and people have admired her hearing aloud poetry transmitted by UK Radio Station. Many artists have also created valuable paintings reading her influential beautiful poems. She has also a great imagination power. She is a living legend and her poems are gems. (Part-4)

She is a writer who is not afraid of love and its expression. Nor is she afraid to try different styles and forms. I enjoy all her poems I have read so far.
