You Fill My Heart Poem by Rachel Brewer

I look around at all of the people in my life,
And there is only one who stands out.
It’s you.
I have loved you since the moment I first saw you,
And I know we are meant to be forever.
You shine like a star and glitter like the moon,
Every time I see you.
Even though it took me a while to find you.
You fill my heart with love and warmth all the time,
And I want to thank you for that now.
Because I don’t think I could ever find anyone else like you.
No one in the world can even come close to you.
You will be my now, my future, my always,
Because you are the one who fills up my heart.
