You Are So Conceited

Conceited. Conceited. Conceited.

You know I want you,
So you play hard to get…
You are so conceited

I throw bait after bait at you
I’m going to get a net....
You are so conceited

Pretending not to see me
You -with head first- go by…
You are so conceited

While you ignore me,
You take a flashy fly…
You are so conceited

I would have treated you right
I would have done you well
But you are so conceited
That you just passed me by
While I was still under your spell.
I was hurt that I will not deny
But there are other fish in the sea
One day one will fall for me…

Stupid Fish!
