Will You Say No? Poem by Melvyn Massoumi Goudarzi

Will You Say No?

God,
My hope
My need
My everything

I got something to whisper
You know me, I know you do

The one
whom you hear his prayers
whose hope is, your white mercy
whose birth tears brought you smile
who was blessed with life
who might have been called?

Who?
Who is left right here waiting
Who is looking at the sky
Who mourns
Whose tears are such a rainfall
Whose wish is just one
whose heart is bleeding

I know you know
it's me, who's all yours

need you my God
need your help

Tell me if
Ain't I deserved to be blessed once more?
Ain't I?
I starve to be even though I'm not
I want a chance to get so
Won't you talk to your son?
Blow a wind to me
Is a touch too much?

You gave me hands
To make my pen writes in the name of you
you gave me love
To feel what your love is
You gave me patience
I wish I could have Job's patience
You gave me strength
To be as strong as you want, I'll be
You gave me your white hope
To call your name when It's all black

Is a touch too much?

I'm the one
whom you hear his prayers
Will you answer my prayers?
The one
whose hope is, your white mercy
Will you make it white?
The one
whose birth tears brought you smile
Will my tears again, give you another smile?
The one
who was blessed with life
Will you bestow it on me again?
The one
who might have been called?
Will you let me to call you this time?

My everything
Dont let it gets late
As it gets soon
Please
Hand me into my health
Need your help to stay
Need your love

Will you say No to your young son?
Will you say No to my parents?
