when the pen falls silent
when words are writ no more
it is a solemn weeping time
for poet who writes no more
there is a stark empty place
an emptiness never seen before
no more shall be written
words reader may adore

I hope and pray no Poet could experience this weeping time except when he cease to exist.
I wrote the poem 'The Passing Of A Poet', inspired by my comment on my poem 'When The Pen Falls Silent'.
mourn the passing of a poet, who words of light delight will write no more, wit wisdom love beauty will share no more

Deeply poignant and as if there is no life at all.
