Wedding Cake

For goodness sake take a look at that cake!
Triple-tiered and dreamy,
fruit-filled, sponge or creamy?

That Swiss and profiterole, deserves a drum roll!
What about that cup-cake tower?
Or the one with the exquisite flower?

I wonder if we dare, go for a chocolate cream éclair?

Atop that one stands bride and groom.
Note the resemblance even across the room.

Imagine you and I slicing, that tsunami of icing!

Any cake will do,
as long as I share that cake with you.
