Until There's No Tomorrow

Rating: 5.0

No words on paper
could ever say
How much I miss you
with each passing day.

As time goes on
the loneliness grows.
How much I miss you,
Nobody knows.

The life we shared has ended.
Things will never be the same.
All I have now are memories of us
and photos in a frame.

That night I watched our hopes and dreams fade
like the setting sun leaving the sky.
And darkness filled my shattered heart
as I was forced to tell you "goodbye".

I'll miss the way you used to hold me
Your arms wrapped around me tight.
Keeping me safe and close to you
deep into the night.

I've loved you from the day we met
and I know I always will.
And deep inside my broken heart
I know you're with me still.

I'll never regret the love we shared
although it's brought me pain and sorrow.
I'll just live each day as best I can
Until there's no tomorrow
