Unfair criticism

If it is unfair criticism
it goes against the principle of humanism
You are at the liberty to exercise
with more promises to expose it

it is fine and good
the intention behind it is well understood
does that mean the opposition is for the opposition sake?
even if nothing is at the stake!

In politics, the opposition is welcome
and it must come from the right-thinking persons
with concerted efforts to pinpoint lapses
and real misses in public life

does that prevent you from praising a person?
who has done so much for the nation
and that too in the capacity of the head of Government
it whall be appreciated if thought is muted at present

many have lately realized it and come in the support
they see no reason and refuse to resort to
and not bow the party line
such a change is really defined positively

what does it deliver?
when for the opposition sake, it is offered
and national interest is sidelined
certainly public opinion is antagonized
