Two Dogs-A Play Poem by Rohan Bendre

A Pet Dog was in his Shenanigans. He saw a Stray Dog.

The Pet Dog said to himself.

" Haven't I Searched a Victim for myself? .
Let's see how the Stray Dog saves Itself."

The Pet Dog rushed to the Stray.

" What a hot day is it? .
I Will find something to eat."

Stray Dog was excited. He said.

" Your Gesture has delighted me.
A Great friendship will have been ensured by me.''

The Pet Dog pretended to offer the Stray some food.The Pet Dog stopped at a Pet Store and grabbed some treats.

" My mistake as i ate all the treats
As i was unaware of what my friend eats."

Stray Dog Accepted the Apology.

" Your Mistake failed to affect me.
I am thankful to you as long as you are with me."

The Pet dog and the Stray went to a Pet toy Store. The Pet Dog played a trick here too. He didn't shared his toy.

The Pet Dog gave his Excuse.

" Isn't the Toy Fragile? .
To earn this toy i walked a mile.
Hence to protect it
I Had to be Agile."

The Stray Dog Laughed,

" Why are your excuses coming
when I am not complaining."

The Stray Dog Continued.

" Do You Know the reason behind my unaffected behaviour? .
I guess you don't have any Idea of the Pain I Endeavour."

The Stray Continued.

" Weren't The Pups Innocent? .
But what to expect when apathy is Enormously Prevalent."

The Stray continued his plight.

" While one Heinous Crime was Committed.
To Poison some of my Friends Someone decided."

Stray Dog said.

" While Relocating us is an Criminal Offence.
Such Crime is Blatantly happening
and apparently the Law and Order is sitting on the fence."

The Pet Dog was feeling Sad.

" I Feel Guilty over how i treated you.
May I Seek Guidance to ensure security to you."

Stray Dog said.
" Your Participation deserves appreciation.
The Solution is Unanimous Unification."

Pet Dog Suggested.

" Take every Single mischief in equal consideration,
and take the much needed steps to ensure security's Initialization".

Stray Dog said.

" Much Useful is awareness.
Then with justice the scene will witness."

Pet Dog Added,

" If a Possible activity is about to be Committed.
Your Interruption to rescue the Poor Souls is much wanted."


Stray Dog debated.

" Aren't we questioned for creating Nuisance.
You have to keep in mind a Rational person will never use Brutality in Conscience.
Much evident is their hatred and Vengeance."

Pet Dog Said.

" Not only the one who tortures the poor creature should be held Solemnly responsible.
But also the one who choosed Evasion when ensuring security of the poor soul was possible."

Pet Dog Said.

" Food and toys will have been offered to you as a Sign of New friendship."

Stray Dog Smiled.

" Are you sure or else to get a new toy and treats you will have to make another trip."

Both Smiled.
