Today
I will experience the essence of your humanity...
I will gaze into the window...to your lost and lonely soul...
And look into your eyes of opportunity...
And realize that yours are ardent eyes of love.
I will hear your message...
With an inner hearing that listens to whispers
Gently crying in the warm summer wind.
I will kiss softly your quivering lips,
As my wandering spirit enters your mind...
I will embrace all of my experience...
And search out the essence of my humanity...
So that...I may love with the passion of Eros...
Empowering my being to touch your spirit...
And our souls to find each other...
