The mad pace of life;
the complexity
of the world
and of people's lives,
especially the folks
we're trying to serve;
the tsunami of media
we receive every day;
the terrible effect of it
tell on our Psyche
and make us sick.
Prayer and meditation;
sit alone in peace
and raise your brain
to God Almighty.
This is the only answer.
