The 'pure Nothing' Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

The 'pure Nothing'

Rating: 5.0

The 'pure nothing'
is the highest point
at which God can work
in us as God pleases.

Perfect detachment
is without either lowliness
or loftiness to creatures.

It has no mind to be
below nor yet to be above.

It's mind is to be
the master of itself,
loving none
and hating none,
having neither likeness
nor unlikeness,

The only thing it desires
to be is to be one and
the same, unmolested.
