The Outsider Poem by Jason Palmer

The Outsider

Face stroked by warm wind
Sun kissed skin
Clouds for ceiling

Watching the magpie
Noticing a robin
On foot, boot powered

Dwelling in empty spaces
Others inside
On a warm day

Only the rain
Only the cold
Tempts the outsider
By the fire, inside
