The Last Song Poem by C.D. Sinex

The Last Song

I heard your fiddle.
Bow ensnarled in raven hair.
The last song we wrote.
With neither bang nor whimper. (1)
Some things just end -unnoticed.

(1) Borrowed from The Hollow Men, T. S. Eliot
