The Hobbit Can Poem by Janine Alyssa Navarro

The Hobbit Can

I am alright
I am fine
When bad feelings arise
I know what is wise
Shoving it down, deep in a hole
They shall not trouble my soul
Dust off my feet
Wear clothes that are too neat
Parading into the world
My heart will not curl
I know deep in my soul
I am brave
I am bold
Soon life will be worthwhile
This is how we roll in The Shire
