The Death Of The Tyrant Poem by Cyrus Shelley

The Death Of The Tyrant

Pierce my chest with thy sword!
Thou shalt see the blackest heart in the world;
I have slain, I have loathed
But I do not feel remorse.
Pierce my chest with thy sword!
My bile shall flood this feeble world.
Curse you all men! I'm the bringer of plagues.
Curse you all men! I'm dying
but nothing shall change.
