It is so sad that the star crossed lovers could never come together! For long seven years they had been deeply in love with each other and had built dream castles of a happy and blissful life of togetherness! Unfortunately shattering all their dreams and their very hearts, impediments came their way and they had to part in pain! Fate is sometimes very cruel. A touching poem of estranged love! A sure 10
This is the saddest poem you have ever written. A heart-wrenching write, most touching. I still love to read this time and again, truly. You conjured magic in my heart. Thank you for sharing this absolute fascinating poem. God´s Blessings in Abundance be upon thee and thy family. Amen.
Their hearts where their love Have been written They keep a record Of all their wrongs and treacheries The faces that they love and adore Each and every morning They torment Their very souls......so touching and impressive. Beautiful poem that attracts me for second visit. Thanks again.
Recollecting marriage and its charms has resulted in a beautiful poem.
Sometimes I feel we were not meant to live together, in society or even marriage. Your description of the ties that love blends are beautiful and immaculate, all the more painful when broken. Excellent description, beautifully done..
Of forgotten memories! ! ! ! ! ! ! Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
A sparkling poem Rose! Liked the third stanza most! Hand in hand …..… to live together Forever.

The day that they became One flesh It has been thrown Into the vessel Of forgotten memories.................A touching poem, marriages should not disintegrate and compromises should be made for the sake of children. Children need both, the mother and the father.

PART THREE I like your fascinating poem very much, its structure and the format, a brilliant brevity with lovely rhyming endings and those seven years remind me of the seven years from our Bible.
PART TWO This is the saddest poem I ever read. A heart-wrenching write, most touching. A brilliant exposure of the positives and negatives in life. Happy days are so over, the most felt are the sad days full of tragedy. I cite your last stanza here: The day that they became One flesh It has been thrown Into the vessel Of forgotten memories.

This is a sad poem...people change, relationships change, life changes everything; some loves survive though...
Thank you, Mihaela for your comment. And I agree with you that most loves survive. Your visit is much appreciated.
A beautiful poem that depicts reality of some if not most marriages that starts with a beautiful promise but ends in bitterness.
Thank you, Nudershada for your insight. Your visit and great comment are very much appreciated.
In the eyes of God promises are given for happy living. But the mills of change grinds slowly and vessel of love if breaks this provokes thought. We hope love will be revived and beauty of life will shine. An amazing brilliant poem is shared...10
