The Crucible Poem by Ezio Olubelleau

The Crucible

Iron clanging,
In the heart of flame,
Metal melts, reshapes,
Returns to purity,
This is the crucible's way.

Swords flying,
Through the roar of war,
Metal clanging to tears,
Returns to motherland,
This is the warrior's way.

Blades broken,
Back to the forge
Molten down in flame
Returns to purity,
This is the crucible's way.
