Today marks three years without you,
A time that's passed yet still feels brand new.
Memories of laughter and love still linger,
But the ache of your absence grows stronger.

The sun rises and sets each day without fail,
But the world seems so much darker without your smile.
I try to fill the emptiness with things to do,
But nothing replaces the love I had with you.

Your absence leaves a void that cannot be filled,
A wound that time has not yet healed.
I think of you with every breath I take,
And wish that I could bring you back.

Although you may be gone, your love remains,
A warm and comforting light through the pain.
I hold onto the memories that we made,
And the promise that we will be together someday.

So today marks three years without you,
But know that you live on in everything I do.
Forever in my heart, forever in my soul,
Until the day we are finally together whole.
