The 67th Republic Day Of India,2016

Rating: 5.0

The land called Bharat is my Motherland;
I'm proud to be born and belong to it;
I love my country with my heart and soul;
I'll give my life for it and that's my goal.

The glory of my Motherland can't fade;
It has a history rich and heritage;
Diversity - its unique strength 'tis made;
'Tis home to leaders great, citizens, sage.

Today, we all recall its glorious past;
The blood-shed and the myriad lives then lost;
It brings alive our patriotism;
I'll live for country's sake and give my life.

I'm glad that I was born and bred in here;
I'll serve my nation selflessly sans fear;
Let neighbors learn to stay as friends always;
Let foes beware that they have numbered days.

We wish to live in peace and peace with all;
Non-violence has been our clarion call;
Our nation is an example to world;
Today, the tri-color's again unfurled.

No force on earth can threaten our nation;
Our soldiers brave owe standing ovation;
We'll live and die in peace, Oh, come what may;
This day, we're governed by the Indian law.
‘Happy Republic Day, Indians! '
