That Knot

You know that knot
in the bottom of your stomach
that just when you think its gone
it's not..
it wakes you up again
and again
again
again
will it ever go away?
why can't it just leave
it's not not welcome here
but now i've learned
it will never go away
you just have to deal
and forget about the rest.
