Lord I'm taking you with me every step of the way.
Knowing that without you I'll be lost deep in the day.
No one knows all you've really brought me through.
With you by my side, there's no battle that can't be won, knowing the champion is you.
Sitting, thinking to myself I could've been gone years ago.
You kept me here for a reason, so your life lessons I carry with me and tell others all I know.
I carry you in my heart, spreading your love like seeds.
Through my mouth I speak of your mercy, many blessings, and good deeds.
Thoughts of what you would do cross my mind.
As I close my eyes in silent prayer and soon an answer I find.
Along with thee, I go head first in this game of life.
Forever within me until my blood runs cold, together we defeat the devil's dramatic strife.
Taking you with me until my heart beats no more.
Loving and praising you for everything you've done and will do, 'Je tu adore'.
