Stillness

♡ ♥


There is a kindness
we only find in moments of stillness
a gentleness
that wraps itself around us
and keeps us
as our mothers once held us-
I believe in this-
there is always this
and I am thankful it is so.
It is offered as a blessing to all
but not everyone wants to know.
