Sisterhood Poem by Mark Heathcote

Sisterhood

Look, you are driving me crazy.
We're going to be sisters now.
You've got two choices.
Either we hook up now or come to blows,
And one of us will lose and end up bruised.

Let's see how this goes.
Look, you are driving me crazy.
Either we're going to become sisters
Or stand pole-to-pole, war-torn enemies
It's up to you how this goes.

But know that you can't take what's mine.
You'll never take my crown.
Because I breathe self-control
And self-destruction, and I'm bad.
And the heart of a hurricane
It has nothing on me
So keep your eyes -open; I'm not joking.
Because I'm in the sisterhood.
And I'll knock you for six.
