Shadow Fall Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Shadow Fall

Rating: 5.0

Deep green fields,
Just concealed.
Color stained.
Scents remained.
Sun has gone,
Evening song.
Shadow fall,
Covers all.
Evening blaze,
Burns up days.
Turquoise sky,
Dark reply.
Hued rainbow,
Has no glow.
Rose pink clouds,
Lost in shrouds.
Butterflies,
Catch no eyes.
Ocean blue,
Moonlight true.
Plum smudged rose,
Starlight flows!
Golden noon,
Mystic moon.
Pink-red dawn,
So long gone.
Bluebird flight,
Oak tree night!
