Quinn The Mighty Eskimo spearheading
The lost and forgotten starving fish
Heart attack happening recurring almost dying
Fish cold in the winter's day of summer
Almost feeling the heat of the moment
Swimming into the abyss of failure
They, once warriors of an ancient time,
Lost in the remembrance of Troy
Wooden horses gifted for victory or tragedy?
For crying out loud...they had died way too young!
Human fish drowning treading water learning to survive
Quinn The Mighty Eskimo mentoring them all along
The Maple Leafs falling gently from the Tree of Life
Seeing listening feeling learning from Lord Stanley
Messengers from the sport of life imprinting empowerment:
Win or lose...play the game!
Yes, life is a game, play it. A game must be played. Winning or losing are the part of the game....excellent poetry!
Dillip, life is such a great game! And with my hip replacement, I now get a second chance at playing it with more fervour! As always, I really appreciate your comments and all of your support! !
