Realizations

As I lay here praying for sleep, Thoughts flood my mind, And I begin to weep.

As Realizations come to light Why couldn't I see what was in plain sight?

All the times you made me cry And all those times I believed Your lies.

Never good enough to be First choice, always just an option without a voice.

So now I'm broken, My self worth gone It was my insecurities You played upon

I hope you enjoyed your little game. And I hope your win was worth my pain.
