Prisoner Behind These Walls

Innocence didn't comprehend the darkness that lay in wait
All the empty promises the enemy would create
What now, should i lie to myself once again
That things would turn back like they were back then
And lo now, i keep fighting these demons that come along
Their scornful glee, i have become their song
Now i have become a prisoner behind these walls
Because i answered you everytime you called
When the enemy locked me in this pit, he also hid the key
That could unlock the door so i could reach my destiny
