We have
A telescope
That
Stands astride
Tripod legs
Like
A colossus
Defying us
To look at stars
Whilst
Across the lake
Small houses
Beckon
Amid a
Galaxy of bright
Windows
Swaying trees
And
Rain that falls
Like
Meteorites
