Ph: Life: The Freedom To Be Me

It seems freedoms I need to be me have a cost,
Disappoint at times those I love most!
Though it's true I am loyal (I think) , World will groan,
But it's true something's missing (and I won't atone) !
So, when I fight my demons to win, do I boast?
Should loved ones feel excluded: I've lost?

And my poetry's right at the heart of this fray
If I strive to write verse, I'm "insane! "
Like my father before me (so sad now I blamed)
When one's dealing with dragons, home ‘bones' don't get tamed.
Though at times voice may fail, my best poems remain,
In sweet dreams will heart's song win the day!
