Our Sons
Child is of course
the father of man
but
now we know
son alone
is the father
of a genetic son
a rising one
if father's sperms
are not deficient
of the Y chromosome
no woman can give birth
to a son of her own
though
neither daughters too
but the Y chromosome
is a must
for birth of a son
how I wish
all modern women
this now knew
I am only
poetically
reminding

Scientific indeed, She always contributes XX chromosome, it is when he contributes XY that a male progeny would be conceived. And yet, mother is blamed for not giving a male child. I agree with poet Prabir Gayen.
