Our Hearts Are Woven Together

Our hearts are woven together
Not by human strands
But from the mouth of God
Where all plans begin
It is His great pleasure
To bring us two together
With words of love and treasure
Gold strands through needles' eye so fine
That it cuts through the essence of time
Sown with thread so rare
Love's true cost sown with care
Hearts bound for glee and stormy seas
With God's sail upon our ship
With master Captain at its helm
Will guide us through this earthly realm
At last on distance shores we land
Together we join Him in the Promised Land
To thank Him for a job well done
For our two hearts sown as one
