Or Am I Pretending To Be Someone Else (2004)

I close my eyes and open again
I cross my eyes; scenery doubles and blurrs
Times I prefer to close them;
takes me away from this already is a reality.
There's my irony...
I close my lids
another life begins
A vision from the past
I am thinking it or
daydreaming it.
I see myself doing things,
things I am not suppose to be doing.
Though they have already been done
because I am remembering.
Full of sorrows and regrets
could it be pitiness?
I would have made the turn 'they' wanted
instead I took the turn I needed.
The more I go through the turn I took,
I become more confused.
That is not the guy I wanted to be.
'this is not the person I wanted to follow.'
I chose my own path and became someone else,
but does that mean I'm happy?
I could if I choose to...Or...
