Ode To Motherhood Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Mother's Day is a wonderful day of joy and cheer.

Without our Mom we couldn't have been born, and
yet, without a Dad it would've been impossible
for us to be here.

So with a mixture of feelings we celebrate motherhood -
passed on to all seven of us girls and our brother by
both of our parents.

Even though everyone is celebrating and giving presents
to Moms' everywhere, I write this poem, dear Dad, in
honor of you're having made your wonderful wife our
dearest, sweetest mother.
