October Golden

Rating: 5.0

Laying on the grass
A late noon in autumn month gloss
I watch the daylight ease
As it bobs off, the leaves of the trees
Falling down in glow
Near my house window
Covering the front walk grade
While converging with the shade

All the while -
Throughout this masterpiece
I'm feeling the sky breeze
Throughout, mindful appease
Of its temporary nature outings
Brilliant of light shroudings
As I see, falling flora in binge
Of reddish brown, iridescent orange

All this, while enjoying a spoken
Irrepressible, multicolor season
Of yellow October golden
