No Good In 'Goodbye'

The words are stuck.
A thousand words,
rolled into one.

who will help me?
It hurts to say goodbye,
why?

Silence is divine,
indeed silence is a saver,
I smile becos I don't want to cry,
I smile to hide the tears.

'goodbye' is sacred,
thus shouldn't be said in smiles,
the words are stuck,
untie my lips,
let me utter the words,
that cut deeper than a hurt.

Why do I shiver?
Why does it hurt?
If there is good in goodbye,
why does it ache badly?

Many questions,
no answer.
